Creativity can be intimidating!

Have you ever noticed that when you really want to express the truth inside of yourself, thru art, that the media itself can be intimidating? Been there! Its real! Every time I even THINK of beginning a new piece, I first, just ponder it, thinking about it for days before I even pick it up. I’m thinking of the stone & how it looks, the details & its shape…in true admiration of its source. God made this stone…this rock…AND gave ME of all people, this gift to design and bring out its beauty. Then, ultimately to help bring out the truth, boldness & infinite beauty of the wearer! It truly is a gift to create with something so spectacular. Ive found my love. My true admiration.

Have you ever been in wonder about that feeling you get when you realize you’ve acheived a new level in your journey?

Its wonderful! Its like trekking up a hill on you hike and finally looking up ahead to see that you’ve finally reached the top of the mountain. That peak that wouldnt letyou see over is now just dirt on the bottom of your feet and now, what you see… what you take in…what you breathe in… is a whole new scene. Vast & wide. You’ve reached the summit and now you can breathe. So much expanse is now dawning in your path and no one can tell you that you have not learned! No one can argue that you havent made it this far! No one can doubt that you have arrived! There’s Beauty in that place. Theres grace in that space. And when you look out for as far as you can see, it’s Infinite! It’s cause for pause…and adoration.
